  • How to Order Custom Dress?

1. Choose custom size or standard size, then add it to cart, click "CHECK OUT" then you will be directed to second page. 
2. Give us your custom measurement, color and other requests in the note list, then we will confirm with you again when we receive your order. 
If you want to give us your custom measurement, we need following measurement,please see our measuring guide.

If you can't make sure color, you can order fabric swatch firstly, Please leave style number and color name in the note list, we will confirm with you again when we receive your order. Delivery time is around 3-6 days now.


    • How to order several dresses at a time?

    It's easy to order several dresses at a time, 
    Just choose custom size or standard size, then add it to cart, click "CHECK OUT", you will be directed to second page, 
    On second page, you can edit quantity, then give us all the information in the note, for example 
    Dress A 
    Bridesmaid name: 
    Dress B 


    • How long will it take to receive my order?

    If you choose Rush Delivery, delivery time is Within 15-20 days including weekend, this cost is paid for prior shipping and sewers who would like to work extra time to finish this dress.
    If you choose Norma Delivery, delivery time is around 25-30 days or even earlier (From May to Dec) 
    It's Around 30 days (From January to April), it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.
      • Payment policy

      We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card, western union, money gram, bank transfer and so on. 
      If your credit card was refused, please use following way, 
      You can choose payment by credit card Through PayPal even if you don't have Paypal account, please see following 
      Choose PayPal as your payment method and click Check out with PayPal. 
      Once You're Redirected to Paypal 
      1) Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit 
      2) You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 
      3) You'll also be asked whether you want to save your information with PayPal. Uncheck the box if you don't 
      want to. You'll still need to enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 
      4) Click Continue to return to Checkout to review and submit your final order. 
      Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit Order .

      We sure do, shipping worldwide!


        • What is this store's return and exchange policy? 

        1, For dresses standard size with picture color(size must be less than or equal to US14) can be returned freely, please contact with us within 2 days, dress must returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
        2, For custom order(Color not as picture shown or Custom Size) and Plus size(larger than US14) can’t be returned, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future.
        3, Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
        4, Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
        5, Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
        6,Original shipping is non-refundable.
        If there are quality problems, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation.
        Please show us photos of error firstly, there are 3 ways to solve it.
        1, Send dress back to get full payment back.
        2, get 50% discount to keep it.
        3, We will remake one and send it as soon as possible, the first dress no need to send back.

          • Shipping Policy

          Shiping by Fedex, DHL, UPS and so on. 
          Shipping time is around 3-7 days.
          We paid the insurance.


            • Cancellation Policy

            1, unpaid order: could be cancelled within 2-3 days. 
            2, paid less than 3 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned, 
            3, paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned. 
            4, dress has sent, can't return the payment to you.


            •  International taxes

              Most buyers from Unite States no need to pay customs taxes, But buyers from other countries need to pay taxes, but general speaking, we just wrote less price on the invoice, then you pay less customs taxes. 
              Please take note that it's express collection charges for customs tax, it's not shipping cost, all shipping cost has been paid by us already. 
              Because of taxes, if customers refuse to receive them, we can't send full payment back, it will also cause us extra taxes again if goods returned.


              • Can you make dresses according to our design or sketch?

              Yes, please send photos or sketch to our email: daintybridal@outlook.com, then I will tell you whether we can do it or not.
                • Can We Get a discount if We order several dresses at a time?

                Since most brides order 4-12 pieces of bridesmaids dresses at a time, so we have already offered wholesale price. 
                We don't charge extra cost to do custom size and color here. 
                Further more if you order several dresses at a time, shipping cost from second one to last one will be half charged.


                  • How Can you make sure dress will be fit well?

                  Our dresses run true to size chart, if dresses are standard size, we will put them into dummy to check before sending, only dresses fit dummy well, then we can send them well. 
                  For custom size dresses, each dresses will be checked at least 4 times by 4 different workers before sending, we can control error less than 0.5''. 
                  Don't worry about measurement, there are seam allowance in both side of dresses, it could be 3'' taken in or out if measurement is not accurate. 
                  There are no extra cost to do custom size and color here.
